[patch] rm unnecessary shebangfix

The shebangfix specified in java/openjdk8/Makefile is not needed.  patch-bsd
has replaced the one /bin/bash shebang (the configure script) since 2014.

qa:
 poudriere testport - ok
 portlint - ok, no new warnings/errors
