graphics/gimp-app: pkg-static: Unable to access ... plug-ins/file-mng: No such file or directory

Updating ports fails on most recent CURRENT and most recent ports tree
(as of today, both worlds) with the error shown below:

I've got the exact same error with same FreeBSD-Stable and all ports up to
date

This is curious, my guess is that it can't find libmng. Could you both
post the config.log file somewhere?

You'r a genius.

I make a

  portupgrade -f libmng

and now gimp can be installed without any error.
