Log:
  Add USE_CXXSTD to fixes build on arches using GCC.
 
  Set USES=localbase:ldflags, instead of manually specifying CPPFLAGS
  and LDFLAGS.
 
  Tested on powerpc64 (just this port), amd64 (this port plus libreoffice).
